Payment Methods   Franchise Furnishings accepts: Visa/ Mastercard/ American Express and personal checks for all items. For products in stock your credit card will be charged when the order is ready to ship out and we will notify you of shipment date.

Special Orders    50% non- refundable deposit is required for production of your special/custom order. Custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Delivery   All deliveries are “curb side”. For inside deliveries, shipping fees vary. Please contact us if you would like a delivery quote.

Shipping Policy   Franchise Furnishings aims to save money for our customers not only with affordable, high quality merchandise, but low shipping charges as well. Our shipping fees are passed to you at our cost. Some of our manufacturers offer FREE shipping with a minimum order amount.
Freight Damage   If there is damage on your order please refuse acceptance on your order until the transportation agent endorses the extent of the damage. A claim will be needed to be filed with the carrier immediately and please be prepared to allow the carrier to come to your location to inspect the damage.
Hidden Damage   Please inspect the shipment if any hidden damage is suspected before the carrier leaves. Reports and damage claims for all carriers are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy    Please be sure of your purchase selection before placing your order. We offer a (14) day money back guarantee on all our products. If within (14) days of the delivery day you wish to return your product(s), provided it is in saleable condition and is returned in its’ original packaging, we will refund you in full except for shipping cost. All freight costs are the responsibility of our customer. Please contact us before you return any products.

Privacy Policy   Franchise Furnishings respects the privacy interests of our consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is our responsibility.

  • Acquisition of information. We do not require any more information regarding consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
  • Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
  • Disclosure to Third Parties. We will not disclose any personal information to any outside sources. All information is kept on a secure and guarded server.
